Colin Vines Health Consulting Limited was formed in September 2006.

Colin has over 30 years experience of working in mental health with both NHS and Social Care organisations.

The team of associates, between them, have a significant range of skills and abilities. This enables the organisation to advise and deliver on a diverse range of service requirements in a health, social care and third sector setting.

With a sound foundation in operational, clinical and organisational management this organisation is well placed to advise on service delivery and service redesign opportunities.

We have a proven track record in the area of Mental Health legislation implementation and associated awareness and training.

One of the key strengths is our ability to mentor and develop individuals and teams through difficult change management processes.
